Spinach Juice Recipe with Apple and Cucumber
Spinach comes with many benefits which we will explain later in this article. Everyone knows what happens when Popeye the sailor man eats his can of spinach! Spinach doesn’t actually contain that much iron. Unfortunately, it was a misprint in the nineteenth century. Spinach juice benefits you in other ways though
I’m used to drinking smoothies of spinach with Apple and Banana instead of just a juice. When I made this juice I started off with juicing about 300 grams of spinach a half cucumber and one apple. I found the taste a bit blunt, so I decided to add another apple which made the taste a bit better. You may want to add more apples juice to increase the taste to the juice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 apples
- 300 grams of spinach
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the spinach, cucumber and apples thoroughly.
Step 2
Cut the apple and remove the seeds from the apple
Step 3
Place everything in the Juicer until ready and place the contents in a cup
Step 4
Place it in the ref or add ice to serve it cold.
