How to make Grapefruit Juice with Orange juice and Lemon Juice
Grapefruit juice has a bitter taste to me but others found it sour. Whatever the taste is like, I never really liked Grapefruit juice or grapefruits for that matter, just because of the taste. Even though juice has so many health benefits, I never bought it because of the bitter taste. I was determined though to make a juice with grapefruits that has to taste well. The best way to do so was by adding sweet orange juice, so I decided to buy oranges as well. To add more variety I also decided to add lemon juice. When I started out with making this juice I used one Grapefruit, one lemon and one Orange. When I tasted the grapefruit juice I noticed that the bitter taste was still too strong. I decided to add another orange to make it sweeter but I still found the juice too bitter. Adding a third orange did the job! The taste was great! - 1 Grapefruit
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Oranges
Slice the Lemon, Grapefruit and oranges into half.
I’m using a citrus press to get the juice from the Grapefruit, Lemon and Orange. If you don’t have one you can also remove the seeds and place it in a blender. After that you separate the juice from the pulp by placing a cheese cloth in sieve. seperate the juice from the pulp by squeezing the cheesecloth.
Put the juice of the grapefruit, oranges and lemon into a glass, add ice or place it in the ref to serve cold.

Grapefruit juice is a great juice when you want to lose weight. This Juice suppresses the feeling of appetite which is ideal for losing weight.
It is said that people whom have difficulties to sleep or have insomnia drink a glass of grapefruit juice just before they sleep. It will ensure a healthy sleep.
Grapefruit juice and all other citrus juices and citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C which makes it a viable solution for urinary tract diseases.
The bitterness of the grapefruit hides an antioxidant with the name LDL Cholesterol. LDL cholesterol helps us metabolize fats and reduce well known bad cholesterol.
