Eye Opener – How to make an eye-opening juice with carrots

This is definitely an eye-opening Juice! Not only because carrots include vitamins that are good for the eyes! You might want to include this healthy juice to your daily diet because of the nutrients and because of the amazing taste of the juice! The Juice gives me a fulfilling feeling, so I don’t need to eat a lot the rest of the day which is excellent for loosing weight. You’d need many carrots for this delicious juice, some lemon juice (to taste), orange (preferably sweet of taste) and an apple for the apple juice. Let’s get started with the recipe and please let me know your suggestions to this juice in the comments.

Ingredients

  • 1Apple
  • 12 Carrots
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the skin of the carrots, apple and orange

Step 2

Remove any seeds of the apple and orange is there are any. (also remove the seeds from the lemon)

Step 3

Place the carrots, orange and apple into the juicer.  

Step 4

Put the juice from the Juicer (step 3) in a glass and squeeze a half lemon to the juice 

Step 5

Finally add some ice or place it in the ref, drink the juice cold and enjoy!

Benefits of the eye-opener juice

Most of you probably know that carrots are good for your eyesight and also for your skin? There are lots of other benefits of vitamin C that I’ll write in a separate article.  Another great benefit about some chemicals in the lemon plant have been shown to prevent cancer (in animal studies). More studies on humans should be conducted to prove its effectivity. Observational studies have found that people who eat citrus foods have a lower risk of cancer.
