How to prepare the blueberry juice

 

Delicious fresh and sour blueberry juice with apple juice and the juice of green grapes only contain natural sugars. This refreshing juice is rich with Vitamin C and will boost your immune system! Before we start we need to clean the blueberries, apples and grapes. Make sure you don’t get the blueberry juice in your clothes because it’s quite hard to remove. To make this Juice you need the following equipments. A juicer for juicing the apples and grapes, a blender for the blueberries, a cheese cloth (optional) and a sieve.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2 (same cup) of green grapes (seedless)
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 cup of water
  • optionally lime and lemon

Instructions

Step 1

Clean the blueberries in a big bowl of water. Clean the apples and grapes as well with water

Step 2

Remove the seeds from the apple and put them in a juicer together with the grapes. When Juiced, set the juice aside!

Step 3

Put the blueberries in a blender and put enough water so the blueberries are all covered with water and mix well!

Step 4

Place a cheese cloth in a sieve and pour the blueberry juice to separate the juice from the skin and small seeds. Fold the cheese cloth and squeeze the juice out so only pulp will be left in the cheese cloth. Clean the cheese cloth if necessary and repeat the procedure until all juice is separated from the pulp.

Step 5

Pour all the juices together, mix them well and serve cold with some ice!

Step 6

Optionally you can add some lime or lemon to bring it to taste.
